  2. We review any data that you have on the current state of your organization, team, and your leadership. Your BOxD coach can also do additional data gathering.
  3. We develop a personalized coaching strategy to move the needle based on your goals.
  4. We meet at a regular cadence to systematically work through topics. The sessions may look different from one session to the next, but you will always walk away with new learning and actions you can immediately take. In between sessions, you have access to your coach for any unexpected events.
  5. We constantly monitor progress against goals, gather data, and adjust our coaching strategy.
